Well one of our windier months is upon us and the fishing should be on the increase!! I like the wind because, it makes for long cast to weary fish. Another good thing about the stronger winmds is that it gets the water moving. You can set up on a spot where fish travel and get some really good bites with the moving water. I love to fish a windy day with falling tide, that way I can set up a good distance from the drain of a flat, make some really long cast and the fish do not catch on to me as easy.

Try fishing from a stationary place on an egde where a flat feeds into a channel or a drop off make some long cast and see if your luck doesn't change for the good.
